Tutifruity does not buy back returns of products in perfect condition In which cases does Tutifruity not refund 100% of the value of the product? If the product has clear signs of abuse, unjustified damage or is in poor condition; If the product is returned without packaging, with a damaged packaging or with transport labels that make the packaging unusable - 50% of the value of the product will be discounted; and If the product is returned with missing parts or accessories, or if the event description is not correct - the product will not be refunded. Very important: No refund will be made for products returned to Tutifruity that are not faulty or whose description of the event is not real. They are stored in our warehouse and you will receive a message. You will have seven days after receiving the message to confirm if you want the products to be returned to your address after you have paid for the shipping costs. If we do not receive a confirmation or payment within 7 days, the products will be destroyed in a recycling center and Tutifruity does not accept any claim on the products under any circumstances. What happens if you or your customer does not collect an order? When an order is not picked up by the recipient, it is returned to our warehouse. Once received in stock, it is automatically handled by the TSS team and then sent to the administration department to process the payment. The shipment of the order and the return to the warehouse entails transport costs that the company or the person who made the order must pay for. Consequently, you will receive a payment equal to the order return minus the two-way delivery costs. Offering the highest quality and best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. All goods are guaranteed for a period of two years from the delivery date, except for refurbished products that have a 12-month warranty. What is not included in the warranty: Faults caused by negligence, hits, abuse, tampering, incorrect voltage or installation, or wear and tear are not included.
